EL DEPARTAMENTO DE EXTRANJEROS PARTICIPA EN EL VII SEMINARIO INTERDISCIPLINARIO UNIVERSIDAD – SOCIEDAD 2014 De Turistas Inversores a Extranjeros Retirados en España.
El Departamento Extranjeros trabaja estrechamente con la Universidad de Málaga durante el año, colaborando en estudios sobre el fenómeno de la inmigración de personas Jubiladas a nuestro país, por lo que fue invitado a participar en el seminario y mesa redonda VII Seminario Interdisciplinario Universidad – Sociedad 2014.
Una de las charlas mas importantes, fue sobre la Ley 14/2013 del 27 de Septiembre, de apoyo a los emprendedores y su internacionalización por D.ª Marina del Corral Téllez, de La Secretaria de Estado de Emigración e Inmigración.
Otros temas de interés que se abordaron fueron las de: Residencia y Retiro de Los Extranjeros En España, Residencia y «domicile» Anglosajon, Residencia y Derechos y obligaciones fiscales.
El evento tuvo lugar en La Facultad de Derecho de La Universidad de Málaga y fue organizado por la UMA.
FOREIGNERS DEPARTMENT PARTICIPATES IN VII SEMINAR ORGANISED BY THE MALAGA UNIVERSITY
From Tourist Investors to Retired Foreign Residents
The Foreigners Department of the Mijas Town Hall works very closely with the University of Malaga throughout the year, collaborating with studies on the phenomenon of the «retired» emigration to Spain. That is why the department was invited to participate in this seminar.
One of the most important talks was about the Law 14/2013 of the 27th of September, on the support to entrepreneurs and their internationalisation by D.ª Marina del Corral Téllez, from the Secretary of State of Emigration and Immigration.
Other talks were given by experts from all over Spain on subjects such as: Residence And Spain As A Retirement Destiny For Foreigners, Residence And The British «Domicile», Residence And Rights, Tax Obligations.
The event took place at the Faculty of Law of the University of Malaga and was organized by the UMA.
