THE CENTER ACTIVATES THE PROTOCOL TO CONTINUE WITH ITS CURRICULAR ACADEMIC PLAN IN ‘ON LINE’ FORMAT FROM MONDAY 16 TO MARCH 30

From the Educational Community of El Pinar School we want to convey a message of reassurance in view of the current situation regarding the extraordinary preventive measures announced yesterday by the Central and Autonomous Executive in relation to the COVID-19.
Following the guidelines set by the Regional Government and the competent Administration in educational matters – The Department of Education – we must suspend the face to face teaching activity within of our facilities, for the time being and always complying with the requirements of the Andalusian Executive, until next 30 March; as has been decreed by the Presidency of the Andalusian Government.
However, as we have already told families, parents and the rest of the social partners of our academic community in previous days, our institution will continue with the formative planning marked by the legislation in all its educational stages – Infant, Primary, Secondary, High School and Formative Cycles/Vocational education-.
Our students will have to continue with their academic itinerary from home and the educational activity will be developed in a non-presential way through the digital and telematic media that are already used by the centre in its ordinary teaching activity; -platforms such as BlinkLearning, Google Classroom, Meet, Alexia and other ICT digital medias with which our centre works regularly-.
We would like to remember that our academic institution was groundbreaking in the beginning with resources and TIC tools in the Education – system ITAE, (year 2005); meaning that resources have been updated during each school year till these days.It is an approach that forms part of the day by day reality of our students.
In this sense, we reaffirm that despite the extraordinary circumstances that we are experiencing, the educational tuition to our students is guaranteed and in that way we have conveyed it to all the families of our community; which we have also asked to take the preventive measures indicated by the health authorities and the Autonomous Executive.
Both the centre’s management team and the entire teaching staff – principal, heads of studies, tutors, coordinators, heads of department, teachers, guidance team professionals – have made themselves available to students and families for any additional educational demands that may arise until 30 March.
From El Pinar School we want to turn this situation into an opportunity to continue working together to turn our SCHOOL into a space of creative action, understanding, promotion of values, construction of civic principles and example of teamwork.
